Take a look at TARGET: L2 broken down into steps: http://fdtrainingvideos.blogspot.com/2010/04/target.html and notice when the cue is added (somewhere around Steps 22/23). Until you have generalized the behavior using your hand motion only and not until you have some Duration on a wall does Sue suggest adding the verbal cue. As quickly as Nadador learns, that will be in no time at all!
